What is advance ticketing?

As a tourism professional working with individual customers and/or groups (OTAs, AGVs, tour operators, accommodation providers, tourism institutions, tour guides, works councils, clubs and associations, etc.), you can purchase tickets in advance from the Conciergerie and enjoy a range of benefits.

• Access to the "reseller rate" (excluding combined Sainte-Chapelle/Conciergerie tickets)
• Additional discounts based on the number of tickets purchased: 3% for 100 tickets or more; 5% for 200 tickets or more; 10% for 500 tickets or more (excluding Sainte-Chapelle/Conciergerie combined tickets)
• Tickets valid for 3 years from the date of purchase

Important :

The combined Sainte-Chapelle/Conciergerie ticket applies a differentiated annual pricing structure with two rates: one applicable to residents and/or nationals of the European Economic Area (EEA), and the other to non-residents and/or non-EEA nationals.

The EEA comprises the 27 countries of the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain), as well as Liechtenstein, Iceland and Norway. Conditions for resale to your individual customers: 

It is mandatory to resell the tickets at the same price as the individual rates (including EEA and non-EEA) in force at the monument ticket office for the current period. We remind you that tickets may not be resold at a loss or for the purpose of unfair competition with the CMN's offer. Otherwise, we will be obliged to refuse your tickets.

As a reminder, as a tourism professional, you are required to purchase your tickets via the Centre des monuments nationaux's professional e-ticketing service. Individual e-ticketing is exclusively reserved for private individuals.

For adult group visits to Conciergerie, reservations must be made online via the Centre des monuments nationaux's professional e-ticketing service. Undated tickets purchased in advance are for your individual customers only.

Advance ticketing is available for other monuments in the CMN network, so you can offer other monuments to your customers.

Good to know: Additional discounts apply per order, so don't hesitate to mix several monuments in your basket!

You work with adult groups:

Advance ticketing is also available for adult groups for several monuments in the Centre des monuments nationaux network. Buying tickets in advance for your groups allows you to offer your customers an optimised experience with faster access to the monument visited.

Buying tickets in advance does not exempt you from the obligation to book a slot with the monument's reservations department.
