Free admission and guided tour for the disabled person and his/her companion, upon presentation of a valid document (Mobility and Inclusion card for the French public), or an organization certificate (groups).
Self-guided tour, book in advance
By reserving your tickets in advance, you will have less waiting time. Children under 18 years old get free admission.

- Visit for groups of 5 to 20 people with disabilities: 35 €.

- Map of the monument in relief and black and white - resin deposit (A3 format).
- Simplified printed visit documents, in large print, accompanied by black and white plates.

- Map of medieval Paris: Philippe Auguste's enclosure.

- North facade of the Palace: elevation and ground plan.

- Histopad :
- This multimedia tour tool on a touch tablet includes for the introductory texts and the different rooms a vocalization that can be interrogated on demand.

- "Marie Antoinette's Tray":
- This wooden tray brings together the utensils in which Rosalie Lamorlière, a servant at the Conciergerie, brought her meals to Marie Antoinette.
- Used as part of the "Marie Antoinette incarcerated" tactile tour.
Good to know
- Caution: many rooms of the tour are in relative darkness.
- The tour is complex (stairs or series of steps at each change of room) and the floors are uneven: a guide is required for the visually impaired.
- Guide and assistance dogs are allowed.

- Hall of Names: benches with backrests.
- Chapel of the Girondins: benches with backrests.
